SHIPPING POLICY

Please note: Shipping Policy is subject to change depending on any changes to Trade Agreements / Tariffs of import countries 


Orders from CHARLYN REYES will be shipped from Montreal, QC, Canada.


All international orders will be shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
Shipping charges will include any import fees, duties, taxes, surtaxes for all shipments. There shall be no additional charges to the Customer upon delivery.

Lead-time for In-Stock orders is currently 1-3 weeks
Lead-time for Made-to-Order pieces is currently 4-8 weeks





REFUND POLICY


Due to the handmade nature of the process, each piece is unique, therefore slight variations are to be expected. 

All Sales are Final. No Returns or Exchanges.
